Responsibilities
- Serve as the steward of the OpenSesame brand across visual identity, voice, and creative execution
- Own the editorial calendar and content strategy, including thought leadership and executive communications
- Lead a creative team of designers, copywriters, and contractors
- Implement AI-enabled tools, workflows, and agents to scale content production
- Partner with Growth and Product Marketing teams to translate strategy into market-facing experiences
- Manage the marketing request queue and prioritize high-quality work aligned to business objectives
Requirements
- Proven track record of building systems and driving brand alignment at scale
- Experience leading creative teams and managing external contractors
- Ability to implement and manage AI-enabled marketing workflows
- Experience in content strategy and editorial management
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
