Responsibilities

  • Serve as the steward of the OpenSesame brand across visual identity, voice, and creative execution
  • Own the editorial calendar and content strategy, including thought leadership and executive communications
  • Lead a creative team of designers, copywriters, and contractors
  • Implement AI-enabled tools, workflows, and agents to scale content production
  • Partner with Growth and Product Marketing teams to translate strategy into market-facing experiences
  • Manage the marketing request queue and ensure high-quality, prioritized delivery

Requirements

  • Proven track record of building systems and driving brand alignment at scale
  • Experience leading creative teams and managing external contractors
  • Ability to implement and manage AI-enabled marketing workflows
  • Experience in content strategy and editorial management
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Sales, Product, and Executive leadership
