About the role
Responsibilities
- Create, lead, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels
- Identify, build, and manage strategic channel partnerships
- Coordinate and oversee media agency efforts end-to-end
- Partner with the Strategy team to determine marketing funding allocation
- Develop and lead upper-funnel marketing initiatives
- Conduct ongoing competitive analysis to track market gaps and opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media or Social Media
- 3-5 years of experience running online, offline, and multimedia marketing campaigns
- Proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Looker Studio, or Power BI
- Experience with paid media platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads Manager
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Experience with project management tools like Asana, Monday.com, or Trello
- Ability to think both creatively and analytically
