Senior Marketing Specialist (UAE National ONLY)

Responsibilities

• Support execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives per agreed plans and timelines
• Coordinate campaign requirements, creative materials and deliverables with internal teams and agencies
• Follow up on outstanding actions to support timely delivery
• Maintain campaign calendars, trackers, documentation and status updates
• Coordinate internal approvals and operational processes
• Assist with presentations, reports and campaign documentation
• Ensure marketing materials follow brand guidelines and templates
• Coordinate creative amendments and feedback; escalate brand deviations
• Maintain records of campaign expenditure against budgets
• Support purchase orders, invoices and reconciliation with Finance and Procurement

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field
• Relevant experience in marketing coordination, campaign execution or marketing operations
• Good organizational and coordination skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Working knowledge of marketing and digital channels
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and campaign tracking/reporting tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to banking, financial services or structured corporate environment
• Experience coordinating with agencies and multiple stakeholders
