About the role
Responsibilities
- Optimize FTUE, tutorial completion, and early-game difficulty to improve player onboarding
- Evaluate game economy, including currencies, progression systems, sinks, faucets, and power curves
- Shape monetization structures, including first-purchase strategies, offer design, and battle pass viability
- Assess retention through core loop depth, engagement loops, and LiveOps opportunities
- Analyze raw player data to make informed product recommendations regarding cohorts, funnels, and conversion
Requirements
- Strong experience working on live free-to-play mobile games
- Deep practical knowledge of game economy, progression, monetization, and retention
- Ability to analyze raw player and product data directly
- Strong understanding of competitive integrity and pay-to-win risks
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with MOBA or competitive PvP games
- Mobile soft-launch experience
- Experience with paid-UA-driven mobile games
- Expertise in battle passes, rewarded advertising, and LiveOps
