Senior Officer, Customer Centre

Responsibilities

• Provide one-stop service for product and service enquiries, including securities trading orders and IPO applications
• Handle enquiries on credit cards and consumer banking products via phone, live chat, and email
• Implement inbound cross-buy initiatives to enhance customer experience
• Meet individual scorecards for call volume, availability, and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with teammates to resolve customer issues efficiently
• Report and escalate customer complaints to prevent churn
• Maintain operational risk control and compliance with regulatory standards

Requirements

• Post secondary qualification or degree in any discipline
• Qualified to carry out Investment regulated activities (Types 1 and 4) under the Securities and Futures Ordinance (SFO)
• Experience in call centres or the banking industry
• Knowledge of credit card operations and banking services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese; Putonghua fluency is an advantage
