About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare Facility Offer Letters, Term Loan Agreements, and security/support documentation
- Review and verify security and support documents for execution and validity
- Verify signatories' authorities through resolutions and powers of attorney
- Rectify discrepancies in existing security documentation for legacy facilities
- Monitor documentation deficiencies and follow up for timely renewal
- Maintain up-to-date collateral records within the bank's systems
- Support the creation, amendment, registration, and release of securities, mortgages, and charges
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders for collateral registration and maintenance
- Prepare accurate and timely internal and regulatory reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- 3-5 years of Corporate Banking experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience within a Corporate CAD function
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Knowledge of banking software systems and applications
- Understanding of UAE legal and regulatory requirements, including Central Bank regulations
