Senior Officer - Employer Engagement and Career Development

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with employers to create internship, work experience, and graduate employment opportunities
• Expand employer networks through outreach initiatives and industry engagement activities
• Coordinate employer engagement events including recruitment days, presentations, and networking events
• Advise students on internship eligibility, application processes, and placement requirements
• Organize and deliver internship preparation workshops and orientation sessions
• Provide one-to-one career advising and coaching to students and recent graduates
• Deliver career readiness workshops on CV writing, interview preparation, and LinkedIn optimization
• Maintain accurate employer databases and partnership records
• Prepare KPI reports, outcomes assessments, and regulatory reports

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Mass Communication, Education, Liberal Arts, or a related discipline
• 4–6 years of professional work experience after obtaining a bachelor's degree
• Fluency in both English and Arabic
• Experience in a customer-facing environment
• Demonstrated understanding of higher education environments
• Proven success in building partnerships and stakeholder relationships

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of international higher education systems, particularly the American model
