Senior Officer, FABS Operations

Responsibilities

• Ensure operational activities comply with FAB and regulatory requirements
• Manage timely receipt of securities and cash through trade administration, settlements, and fund transfer processing
• Identify, analyze, and communicate operational risks from daily security and cash functions
• Mitigate business and operational risk by ensuring accurate and timely completion of Brokerage Operational Functions
• Support asset servicing, reporting, and daily recordkeeping/accounting processes
• Prepare account and market opening documentation including LOAs, POAs, and KYC documents
• Review and resolve client trades and portfolios on Trade Date (T+0)
• Prepare and analyze weekly/monthly reconciliations for corporate actions and client portfolios
• Monitor Margin Coverage Ratio and update Margin Security Concentrated Percentage
• Perform transactional processing and send executed trade confirmations to HNW and Institutional clients
• Maintain up-to-date staff and relatives trading details to comply with SCA rules

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
• 5+ years of relevant experience in financial services (Brokerage, Equity, Investment, or Financial Markets)
• In-depth understanding of SCA and market rules and regulations
• Strong knowledge of local and international market products and services
• Ability to manage workloads under pressure and meet stringent deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
