Senior Officer, PB & Wealth - Legal Ops (Emiratised Role)

Responsibilities

• Process requests from UAE police and legal authorities, including account and amount blocking
• Investigate fraud-related enquiries involving cards, transactions, and Payit Wallet
• Coordinate with internal departments to complete investigations
• Ensure compliance with departmental policies and regulatory standards
• Manage workflows and identify process gaps to reduce operational risk
• Prepare timely and accurate management information reports
• Support automation and straight-through-processing initiatives
• Act as a joint custodian for bank documents

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in Legal Operations
• Good knowledge of banking policies and procedures
• Arabic language proficiency
