About the role
Responsibilities
- Follow up on priority Quality of Life files and leadership engagements
- Compile KPI inputs and prepare periodic reports for leadership
- Maintain calendars for higher councils and track recommendations and deadlines
- Draft internal awareness content and success stories
- Operate departmental correspondence, records workflows, and archiving
- Prepare presentations and meeting materials for Quality-of-Life topics
- Coordinate scheduling and logistics for Director meetings
- Maintain KPI trackers and dashboards and reconcile data for Authority submissions
- Standardize templates for letters, circulars, and leadership decks
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration
- 0-1 years of experience for Bachelor's degree holders
- 5+ years of experience for Diploma holders
- Proficiency in Administrative Circular & Instruction Tracking
- Executive Communication & Correspondence skills
- Knowledge of General Administrative Practices
- Technical Records & Document Control expertise
