About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle Mashreq Securities related activities according to procedures to prevent operational loss
- Submit MIS reports to stakeholders in a timely manner
- Check Corporate Actions for DFM, ADX, NASDAQ, and GCC markets and update the trading system
- Apply for customer investor numbers in the market
- Perform financial posting in the core system
- Resolve customer queries and prepare trade confirmations
- Reconcile customer portfolios and investigate exceptions
- Report head office trades through Mashreq Securities to CAD for booking
Requirements
- Graduate from a recognized university
- 2 years of experience in a medium-sized brokerage house
- Computer literate
- Good command of spoken and written English
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in the Arabic language
