Senior Officer, WB, IB&M, and PCBG Account Services (Emiratised Role)

Responsibilities

• Handle all requests promptly and efficiently in compliance with service-level agreements
• Maintain service logs and operational dashboards to monitor turnaround times
• Review and validate documents from Client Services and Onboarding
• Process BBG activities and manage high-volume requests for BBG clients
• Manage the BBG Help Desk and respond to stakeholder queries
• Identify and escalate compliance, legal, credit, and operational risks
• Process onboarding and remediation transactions for Corporate and Institutional Banking customers
• Review transactions for AML and legal risks
• Support process improvement and data-migration initiatives

Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of three years of banking experience, preferably in CCB, IB, or Account Services
• Working knowledge of core banking systems
• Familiarity with banking policies and procedures
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
