Senior Onchain Partnership Manager

Responsibilities

• Strategic Partnerships: Identify, evaluate, and establish collaborations with DeFi protocols, blockchain projects, wallets, dApps, and infrastructure providers.
• Ecosystem Development: Foster relations with Layer-1, Layer-2, and Layer-3 networks, liquidity providers, and on/off-ramp solutions.
• Market Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to identify unique opportunities in the crypto ecosystem.
• Advocacy: Represent the wallet at industry events, conferences, and webinars to enhance awareness.
• Brand Representation: Ensure consistency in the wallet’s messaging across social platforms like Twitter, Telegram, Discord.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of native crypto experience in business development or partnership management.
• Strong understanding of the blockchain landscape and market dynamics.
• Proficient communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms for managing community communications.
• Capacity to work independently in a dynamic environment.
