About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the AI and automation roadmap across Operations, including Customer Support and FinCrime
- Decide what to automate, size and rank each opportunity
- Build, test and roll out automations with the teams who use them
- Redesign processes so AI, fixed rules and people each handle what they do best
- Work with operational managers, control owners, Product and Engineering
- Lead a team of one to two people
Requirements
- Experience leading operations or process improvement
- Hands-on experience with AI and automation tools
- Ability to work across Operations, Product and Engineering
