About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead Capital.com's operations in Dubai as the main local operations owner
- Build and strengthen the Dubai operations team and support it day to day
- Agree global operations strategy with the Global Head of Operations and deliver it locally
- Act as the main person responsible for operations in front of the regulator
- Coordinate across global functions on regional performance, incidents and launch readiness
- Work closely with the General Manager, Compliance and global operations leadership
- Bring AI and automation into how local operations run
