About the role
Responsibilities
- Own capacity planning across the organisation
- Forecast demand for sign-ups and FinCrime alerts over week, month and six months
- Turn forecasts into clear staffing needs
- Build and run the department's main planning model using AI and automation
- Advise leaders on hiring, redeployment, process improvements and automation
- Work with operational leaders and Finance
- Manage Workforce Management specialists
