Senior Organisational Development Practitioner

Responsibilities

• Coach leaders to raise their performance against management excellence standards
• Conduct organizational diagnoses and drive improvement plans
• Develop and supervise practitioners working in the field
• Turn 360 feedback into actionable commitments
• Define and implement new ways of working for a globally distributed company

Requirements

• Deep hands-on coaching and organizational development experience with leaders and teams
• Proven track record of measurably changing leader behavior
• Ability to maintain credibility with senior directors
• Effectiveness in operating without formal authority
• Exceptional academic track record
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Willingness to travel up to 4 times a year

Preferred Qualifications

• Management consulting background
• Experience coaching in distributed, technical organizations
• Experience building competency or development frameworks
• Experience designing and running workshops (in-person and online)
• Learning-design judgment for development materials
