About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the mechanical development, production readiness, and ongoing maintenance of packaging and labeling artwork across the global product portfolio
- Translate approved creative concepts into accurate, compliant, and production-ready mechanical files
- Support a large-scale global packaging redesign spanning more than 200 SKUs
- Establish scalable standards and processes for long-term packaging needs
- Collaborate with Creative, Quality, Regulatory, Legal, Engineering, Operations, and Project Management teams
- Ensure artwork meets brand, regulatory, technical, manufacturing, print, and quality requirements
- Maintain accuracy and traceability of files as product specifications and regulatory requirements evolve
