About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute quarterly channel plans across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, X, and programmatic/DV360
- Build audience strategies including geo, language, and CRM-based retargeting for international buyer segments
- Manage monthly budgets, pacing spend daily and recommending reallocations
- Deliver CPL, ROAS, and lead-quality targets by reconciling platform data with CRM-verified leads
- Maintain conversion tracking including pixels, CAPI, GA4, and UTM governance
- Brief design teams on ad creative requirements and feed performance data back to improve win rates
- Ensure compliance with Trakheesi permit numbers and RERA advertising rules
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on paid media or performance marketing experience
- Proven command of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and X Ads
- Experience managing six-figure (AED) monthly budgets
- Strong analytical skills with GA4, conversion APIs, and Looker Studio
- Experience generating real estate or high-ticket leads
- Understanding of UAE real estate advertising compliance and Trakheesi requirements
- Fluency in English
