About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the technical engine room of the advice service, ensuring all documentation and suitability are clearly evidenced
- Set the day-to-day quality bar for suitability writing
- Lead on the most complex cases and provide technical guidance
- Coach and mentor less experienced Paraplanners
- Act as the technical bridge between the Paraplanning team, Advisors, and the engine team
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Proposition to align with advice policy and proposition

- Ability to handle complex financial cases
