Senior Partner Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive sales of Automattic products through partner channels with digital agencies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Premier partners from onboarding to expansion
• Develop and execute high-impact strategies for partner retention and net revenue retention
• Act as a trusted advisor to agencies to build strong WordPress VIP business practices
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Executive Leadership
• Provide training and support to partners regarding product value propositions
• Attend flagship WordCamps and partner events to drive lead generation
• Gather partner feedback to improve products and the overall partnership experience

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a Partner Manager, Relationship Manager, CSM, or Account Manager in tech/media (SaaS preferred)
• Expertise in managing high-volume partner portfolios and meeting NRR goals
• Experience working with Global System Integrators to build and scale alliances
• Proven ability to negotiate with C-suite and senior executive stakeholders
• Strong presentation and communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Familiarity with the WordPress ecosystem and related agency tools
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally for partner events
