About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the authoritative business owner for payroll capabilities within the enterprise technology ecosystem
- Manage end-to-end payroll product ownership including roadmap, requirements, and configuration standards
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing outcomes supported by effective controls and reconciliations
- Oversee the payroll customer support model for employees, managers, and payroll teams
- Govern payroll configuration across earnings, deductions, benefits, taxes, and general-ledger integration
- Resolve payroll risks and defects from identification through correction and prevention
- Support successful implementations, parallel payroll, and user acceptance testing
Requirements
- CPP or FPC credential required
- Experience in payroll product management and configuration governance
- Experience managing customer support models and service levels
- Ability to lead payroll implementations and stabilization processes
