Senior Payroll Product Owner & Customer Support Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as the authoritative business owner for payroll capabilities within the enterprise technology ecosystem
• Manage end-to-end payroll product ownership including roadmap, requirements, and configuration standards
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing outcomes supported by effective controls and reconciliations
• Oversee the payroll customer support model for employees, managers, and payroll teams
• Govern payroll configuration across earnings, deductions, benefits, taxes, and general-ledger integration
• Resolve payroll risks and defects from identification through correction and prevention
• Support successful implementations, parallel payroll, and user acceptance testing

Requirements

• CPP or FPC credential required
• Experience in payroll product management and configuration governance
• Experience managing customer support models and service levels
• Ability to lead payroll implementations and stabilization processes
