Senior People Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Partner with Middle East leadership to shape and deliver a commercially focused people strategy
• Act as a primary point of contact for client services leaders on people, talent, and organizational topics
• Lead organizational change and transformation initiatives, advising leaders on organization design and change management
• Oversee performance and talent management processes, including goal setting and promotion decisions
• Advise on reward and pay decisions in alignment with firm principles and local contexts
• Enable progress against diversity and inclusion objectives by translating firm-wide strategy into local action
• Provide coaching and guidance to senior leaders to enhance leadership effectiveness

Requirements

• 8+ years of significant HR experience, including strategic People or HR Business Partner roles
• Recent experience in a multinational, matrixed organization (consulting or professional services preferred)
• Strong working knowledge of UAE and KSA employment law and local practices
• Exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
• Proven track record of handling complex and sensitive employee relations matters
• Strong analytical capability using people data to drive decision-making
• High cultural awareness and ability to build relationships across diverse stakeholder groups
• Valid residency for the UAE or KSA, or ability to obtain it
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is advantageous
