About the role
Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders on people strategies aligned to business objectives
- Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and workforce planning
- Own and improve performance management frameworks and calibration cycles
- Develop leadership development and manager effectiveness programs
- Own the employee relations function and handle complex ER cases
- Lead engagement initiatives and drive DEI efforts
Requirements
- 8+ years progressive HR experience, 4+ in senior HRBP or strategic partner role
- Experience owning employee relations programs and complex ER cases
- Expertise designing performance management systems
- Strong business acumen and HR analytics skills
- Track record in change management and transformation projects
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in high-growth startup or scale-up environments
