About the role
Responsibilities
- Own and administer all People platforms, including configuration, permissions, and vendor support
- Lead vendor evaluation, selection, and contract negotiation with implementation partners
- Automate manual workflows and integrate People systems with finance, IT, AI, and collaboration tools
- Lead AI adoption across People systems with guardrails for employee data
- Own the People tech roadmap, run discovery, and lead rollouts through training and communication
- Build dashboards covering platform health and people metrics
Requirements
- 6+ years in HR systems, People technology, or People operations
- Experience automating HR workflows and integrating People systems via APIs or middleware
- Applied AI experience with sensitive employee data
- Technical fluency with APIs, data models, and user provisioning
- Vendor and consultant management end to end
- Project management for multi-vendor initiatives
- Analytical skills with SQL or a BI tool
- Clear communication with non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Greenhouse, Ashby, Lattice, Culture Amp, BambooHR, or Paycor
- Experience with Workato, Zapier, Make, or Tray.io
- Experience configuring AI assistants or agents in enterprise platforms
- Change management experience for large rollouts
