About the role
Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly sales targets in the financial year
- Prospect in targeted segments through phone calls and face-to-face visits
- Present and sell personal banking products and services ethically
- Manage a portfolio of approved companies and develop key relationships
- Conduct micro marketing and direct marketing activities
- Handle customer objections to drive sales or payroll transfers
- Ensure compliance with Bank policies, KYC, FATCA, and AML CTF
- Record all sales activities in Daily Sales Reports and update CRM
Requirements
- 2 years of sales experience in any discipline
- Basic knowledge of retail banking products, services, and policies
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic and regulated environment
