About the role
Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly sales targets in the financial year
- Prospect in targeted segments via phone calls and face-to-face visits
- Present and sell personal banking products and services ethically
- Manage relationships with a portfolio of approved companies
- Conduct micro marketing and kiosk activities
- Handle customer objections and payroll transfers
- Ensure compliance with KYC, FATCA, AML, and CTF policies
- Record sales activities in CRM and Daily Sales Reports
- Participate in team huddles, training, and coaching
Requirements
- 2 years of sales experience in any discipline
- Basic knowledge of retail banking products and service policies
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High level of confidence and persistence
