About the role
Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Prospect in targeted segments via phone and face-to-face visits
- Present and sell personal banking products and services ethically
- Manage relationships with a portfolio of approved companies
- Conduct micro marketing and kiosk activities
- Handle customer objections and payroll transfers
- Ensure end-to-end customer turnaround time (TAT) is met
- Maintain strict compliance with KYC, FATCA, AML, and CTF policies
- Record sales activities in CRM and Daily Sales Reports
- Participate in team activities and mandatory compliance training
Requirements
- Sales profile requiring confidence and persistence
- Basic knowledge of retail banking products and processes
- 2 years of sales experience in any discipline
