About the role
Responsibilities
- Sell personal banking products to retail prospects and maintain client relationships
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Prospect via phone calls and face-to-face visits
- Conduct micro marketing and kiosk activities
- Handle customer objections and manage payroll transfers
- Ensure compliance with KYC, FATCA, and AML CTF policies
- Record sales activities in CRM and Daily Sales Reports
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline
- 2 years of banking sales experience
- Knowledge of retail banking products and processes
- Strong confidence and persistence
