Senior Portfolio Manager - Alternative Assets

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain cash-flow and returns models (levered / unlevered IRR, equity multiple, yield-on-cost, exit and sensitivity analysis)
• Research markets, comparables and pricing
• Prepare Investment Committee and Board submissions
• Appoint and manage valuers, lawyers, engineers and other specialists
• Coordinate acquisition / disposal structuring with the product / fund structuring team
• Support Shari'a screening and structuring of transactions
• Formulate and adjust asset allocation strategies in response to macroeconomic trends
• Interpret and apply evolving regulatory requirements to portfolio structures
• Establish and refine risk monitoring processes, integrating scenario analysis and stress testing
• Design bespoke investment solutions aligned with client mandates

Requirements

• MBA, CA, or Engineering degree
• Approximately 15 years of experience in M&A, Investment Banking, Asset Management, or Private Equity
• Strong background in direct deal execution and transaction management
• Expertise in financial modelling, valuation, and due diligence
• CFA or CAIA charterholder strongly preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
