Senior Pre- & Post-Sales Customer Engineer, Enterprise

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Directors on pre-sales motions for new customer acquisition and product expansion
• Lead onboarding for strategic customers, including planning, implementation, and integrations
• Identify opportunities to expand adoption across underutilized features and products
• Serve as an escalation point for complex technical challenges
• Build playbooks, document repeatable fixes, and coach peers
• Drive measurable improvement in customer health, retention, and expansion

Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role (Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, TAM, etc.)
• Deep hands-on experience with web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST APIs
• Proven experience managing strategic Enterprise accounts with executive-level stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous problems involving multiple variables and tradeoffs
• Hands-on use of AI tools for account research, content creation, or workflow automation
• Experience mentoring or coaching junior technical team members

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Pendo, digital adoption platforms, or product analytics
• Hands-on experience with mobile app development (Swift, Android, or React Native)
• Familiarity with data architecture, AI, or machine learning concepts
• Track record of building reusable frameworks or playbooks adopted by a broader team
