About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the operational execution of pricing and packaging strategies
- Manage the Deal Desk for bespoke, non-standard deals
- Structure platform fees, connection pricing, and transaction pricing for specific deals
- Review Gong call recordings to understand customer needs and structure appropriate deals
- Act as the connective tissue between the field and Product teams
- Surface negotiation trends and customer pushback to refine pricing strategy
