About the role
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile Release Train events, including PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt
- Coordinate cross-team dependencies, risks, and impediments to ensure predictable program delivery
- Track ART progress using Agile metrics and provide transparent status reporting to stakeholders
- Partner with Product Management, Solution Architects, and Engineering teams to align priorities and execution
- Drive continuous improvement by coaching teams on SAFe Agile practices and optimizing delivery processes
- Ensure reporting teams stay synchronized with application development to maintain reporting accuracy
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in Agile program execution, with at least 2 years as a Release Train Engineer, Agile Coach, or Agile Program or Project Manager
- SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) or SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) certification
- Hands-on experience with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and Agile methodologies
- Strong experience managing cross-functional teams, dependencies, and program risks
- Proficiency with Agile lifecycle management tools such as Jira, DevOps, or Rally
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in government, federal, or compliance-heavy environments
- Familiarity with Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) and DevSecOps
- Experience coaching at the program, portfolio, and enterprise levels to drive Agile transformations
- Knowledge of enterprise purchasing systems such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, or Oracle iProcurement
