About the role
Responsibilities
- Design checkout flows across online, in-app and in-store payments
- Design the post-purchase experience for repayment and purchase management
- Simplify billing logic, market-specific rules and edge cases for customers
- Work with two PMs, a Design Lead and dedicated engineers
- Measure design impact on conversion, repayment behaviour and support volume
Requirements
- Senior product design experience
- Strong understanding of end-to-end product flows
- Ability to turn complex financial logic into simple experiences
