Senior Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Lead and own the design process for core products from concept to execution
• Conduct user research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define innovative solutions
• Create user flows, journey maps, and high-fidelity prototypes
• Analyze data and user feedback to iterate and refine product designs
• Define and maintain design systems, guidelines, and best practices
• Mentor and inspire other designers

Requirements

• 4-9 years of proven experience in product design, preferably with SaaS/B2B platforms
• Strong portfolio showcasing strategic product thinking and design process
• Expertise with Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
• Deep understanding of UX, UI, and interaction design principles
• Experience collaborating in cross-functional, agile teams
• Ability to rapidly prototype and iterate based on feedback
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field
