Responsibilities

• Contribute to a design system that touches millions of people per year
• Maintain Figma libraries across both native and web platforms
• Create documentation for single components and larger UX patterns
• Work with engineering teams for hand-offs and visual QA
• Help product organizations adopt new design systems
• Design creative product experiences from initial concepting through detailed design
• Solve complex experience challenges while delivering beautiful, usable interfaces
• Create prototypes to explain key interactions and flows
• Partner with Product Management, Production, and Development teams

Requirements

• Interaction or product design experience for iOS, Android, and web
• Experience creating or maintaining enterprise-level design systems
• Experience maintaining Figma libraries
• Experience creating documentation for components and UX patterns
• Experience working with engineering teams for hand-offs
• Clear communication style for presenting design work and receiving feedback
