Senior Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Own design for a product area end to end: discovery, flows, interface, copy and quality
• Work as an equal partner with product manager and tech lead on scope and priorities
• Plan and run user interviews and usability tests, using product analytics
• Challenge requirements with evidence and propose work beyond the roadmap
• Build coded prototypes and ship UI changes with Claude Code
• Contribute improvements back to the design system
• Give feedback in weekly design critique

Requirements

• Senior product design experience, typically six years or more, mostly B2B SaaS
• Track record of owning a product or product area over time
• At least one complex product shipped and maintained, such as an editor, builder or dashboard
• Strong product thinking and results you can point to
• Experience running discovery, user research and usability testing
• Confidence working directly with product managers and engineers
• Full professional English

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on with Claude Code or an equivalent agentic coding tool
• Working understanding of LLMs and core AI concepts
• Background in e-learning or enterprise software
• Enough HTML and CSS to read and review generated code
