Senior Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Own the 0-1 product design process through research, insight-driven solutions, and data-driven iteration
• Collaborate with cross-functional product and engineering teams to facilitate design thinking
• Lead design solutions for first responders, focusing on minimizing cognitive load and enhancing situational awareness
• Design across multiple devices including workstations, tablets, and mobile applications
• Standardize design processes, roadmaps, and pattern libraries using Figma
• Present design solutions to customers and leadership teams for feedback
• Drive the adoption of AI/ML technologies across the product portfolio

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional product design experience
• 3+ years of designing complex enterprise SaaS products
• Experience leading qualitative and quantitative UI/UX research
• Proven track record of end-to-end design and shipping products
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with law enforcement, fire, or EMS software
• Experience co-designing directly with customers
• Experience designing features for situational awareness
• Understanding of native iOS and Android applications
• Experience with AI/ML technologies
