Senior Product Engineer (Full Stack)

Responsibilities

• Work embedded with Clinical, Sales and other stakeholders to identify high-impact problems
• Partner with Product to own outcomes end to end: design, ship, measure, iterate
• Build across the stack including frontend, backend services, event-driven workflows and integrations
• Make sound system design decisions covering data models, failure modes, scalability and cost
• Build AI-powered features with structured outputs, evals and safe fallbacks
• Protect patient data, maintain audit trails and ship behind feature flags
• Own production services, respond to incidents and participate in on-call rotations

Requirements

• 5+ years professional software development experience with cloud production systems
• Demonstrated system design skills across services, APIs and data models
• Hands-on use of AI coding agents on a production codebase
• Experience shipping LLM-powered features to production
• Experience handling sensitive data securely
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, digital health, telehealth or care delivery
• Working knowledge of HIPAA
• Experience with LLM model routing or multi-provider orchestration
• Patient-facing mobile experience on React Native
