Senior Product Finance & Analytics Manager

Responsibilities

• Design and stand up P&L reporting for each product line, including cost allocation methodology
• Build financial models to support investment decisions, including scenario and sensitivity analysis
• Partner with Product leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Analyze product usage and adoption data to connect performance metrics to financial outcomes
• Build and maintain dashboards linking product KPIs to P&L drivers
• Support business cases for new features or investments with data-backed ROI analysis
• Design recurring operating rhythms such as QBRs and monthly business reviews
• Partner with Finance, Data, and Product Management to maintain consistent metric definitions

Requirements

• 8 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or product finance
• Direct experience building financial reporting from scratch
• Strong modeling skills in Excel/Google Sheets
• Proficiency in Tableau and comfort working with product analytics data
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with Finance, Accounting, and Product or Engineering teams
• Background in SaaS or subscription-based product economics

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in a product operations function
• Experience presenting financial analysis to senior/executive stakeholders
