Responsibilities
- Partner with engineering and design teams to translate capabilities into intuitive commerce experiences
- Scale the commerce experience for complex franchise brands and international growth
- Use data and customer insight to measure and improve transaction experiences
- Manage the full transaction lifecycle from checkout to financial reporting
- Navigate ambiguity and drive product decisions through cross-functional influence
Requirements
- 5–8 years of product management experience
- At least 3 years in a B2B or SaaS environment
- Proven track record of owning consumer-facing flows end-to-end
- Experience managing the full transaction lifecycle (checkout, reporting, accounting)
- Strong systems thinking and design partnership skills
- Fluency with AI tools to accelerate discovery and decision-making
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in vertical SaaS
- Experience with services-industry platforms
