Senior Product Manager - Commerce

Responsibilities

• Partner with engineering and design teams to translate capabilities into intuitive commerce experiences
• Scale the commerce experience for complex franchise brands and international growth
• Use data and customer insight to measure and improve transaction experiences
• Manage the full transaction lifecycle from checkout to financial reporting
• Navigate ambiguity and drive product decisions through cross-functional influence

Requirements

• 5–8 years of product management experience
• At least 3 years in a B2B or SaaS environment
• Proven track record of owning consumer-facing flows end-to-end
• Experience managing the full transaction lifecycle (checkout, reporting, accounting)
• Strong systems thinking and design partnership skills
• Fluency with AI tools to accelerate discovery and decision-making

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in vertical SaaS
• Experience with services-industry platforms
