Senior Product Manager

About the Company

Distru is the #1 ERP in the Cannabis Industry, processing $3B in annual sales. We are a fully remote and global team building a software platform to streamline the supply chain for the cannabis industry, including our new Distru Commerce wholesale platform and AI-native product features.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute on the product roadmap, maintaining clear prioritization and communicating tradeoffs
• Write PRDs and work with engineers to synthesize customer requests into meaningful features
• Integrate AI agents into the Distru user workflow
• Design interaction patterns for AI-assisted planning, spec writing, and requirements analysis
• Define automation boundaries for AI agents to optimize user experience
• Act as a cross-functional bridge between engineering, CS, sales, and marketing

Requirements

• 5+ years in tech product management
• Proven track record of shipping complex features end-to-end
• Demonstrated AI fluency regarding LLM ecosystems, context windows, and workflow automation
• Hands-on experience with product management tools like Jira, Linear, or Notion
• Technical fluency including ability to read API documentation
• Strong prioritization and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in supply chain, ERP, CRM, B2B marketplaces, or accounting software
• Experience with UX design
• Familiarity with agentic systems and multi-agent orchestration
• Experience using Claude Code or similar tools
• Early-stage startup experience
