About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage performance of Home Finance and real estate products per bank strategy
- Manage product financials, parameters, processes, business development and marketing plans
- Own the product manual and keep policies, procedures and approvals up to date
- Generate client leads to finance real estate property and counsel customers on rates and mortgages
- Finalize deals, facility offer letters and mortgage contracts with customers
- Develop business partnerships with brokers, developers, evaluators and government programs
- Set up marketing plans across digital, SEM and offline channels
- Obtain Sharia, operations and legal approvals for product policy changes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance or Accounting
- 8 to 10 years relevant banking sector experience
- Understanding of real estate market dynamics
- Good knowledge of UAE banking practices, regulations and risks
- Strong planning, organization, interpersonal and communication skills
- Project management skills
- PC literate with exceptional analytical skills
