Senior Product Manager - Internal Operations Experience

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and roadmap for internal operations experience
• Define the support and operations console as a single view of clients, payments and cases
• Own compliance and internal reporting, including regulator and auditor evidence
• Own transaction monitoring and continuous-monitoring alerts after go-live
• Own crypto compliance tooling, including screening, Travel Rule and wallet monitoring
• Build a client feedback management process and tool
• Run research with analysts, Support and Operations
• Define and track operational metrics

Requirements

• 6+ years in product management, including internal or compliance tooling
• Understanding of transaction monitoring, sanctions screening and case management
• Experience designing for expert users
• Analytical approach measuring analyst minutes and error rates
• Enough technical depth to work with engineers on third-party integrations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in payments, banking or another regulated industry
• Knowledge of crypto compliance and the Travel Rule
• Interest in applying AI to routine case work under human oversight
