About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead client discovery sessions to translate goals and constraints into concrete launch plans
- Guide clients through B2B2C product decisions to optimize patient and provider experiences
- Partner with engineering to scope and implement client-specific configurations
- Communicate proactively with stakeholders to manage risks and ensure on-time delivery
- Own roadmap work and use data to improve product adoption and engagement
- Translate strategic goals into clear product direction and requirements
- Define and track performance metrics tied to business outcomes
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management, solutions architecture, or a similar client-facing role
- Proven experience leading client or partner implementations from discovery to go-live
- Working knowledge of B2B and B2C product principles
- Ability to work directly with engineering teams to scope technical work
- Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills
- Proficiency in using data to monitor and improve performance metrics
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or other complex, regulated domains
