About the Company
Liquibase is the leader in Database Change Governance and Database DevOps. We help organizations accelerate software delivery by automating database change while strengthening governance, security, compliance, auditability, and control across complex enterprise environments.
Responsibilities
- Define and own roadmap and execution plans for ecosystem integrations, deployment connectors, policy content, compliance, security, and risk evaluation capabilities
- Translate strategic direction into clear product outcomes, phased initiatives, and measurable business impact
- Engage deeply with enterprise customers, prospects, field teams, and partners to understand pain points
- Turn strategy into clear requirements, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Partner with engineering, architecture, design, security, and sales to deliver high-quality product capabilities
- Use customer evidence, product telemetry, and market analysis to prioritize product investments
- Define and monitor KPIs including governance adoption, policy coverage, and integration adoption
Requirements
- 6+ years of product management experience delivering enterprise software products
- Proven track record owning product areas from discovery through launch and iteration
- Strong understanding of Fortune 500 or regulated enterprise environment needs
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, platform engineering, infrastructure, or data platform products
- Ability to translate complex technical, security, and compliance requirements into product capabilities
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Experience using AI to improve product management workflows
- Strong execution discipline and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ITSM systems like ServiceNow or Jira Service Management
- Experience with SIEM, observability, security operations, or audit platforms
- Familiarity with Liquibase, Flyway, or database migration tools
- Experience with policy-as-code, compliance automation, or risk scoring
- Experience with AI-assisted product workflows, LLMs, or agentic AI
- Background working with enterprise security, compliance, or database administration stakeholders
- Experience building ecosystem integrations, APIs, or SDKs
