About the role
Responsibilities
- Define and communicate long-term vision and roadmap for the Loan Management System
- Lead product discovery and evaluate build, extend, or integrate approaches
- Drive end-to-end creation or modularization of an LMS
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, credit risk, compliance and finance teams
- Translate strategy into requirements and ensure timely, high-quality delivery
- Ensure scalability, reliability and regulatory compliance
- Manage expectations at senior leadership level
Requirements
- 7-10 years of product management experience
- At least 4 years in fintech, lending or financial systems
- Background in loan management, core banking or lending infrastructure
- Proven ability to build complex financial platforms
- Strong cross-functional leadership and communication
- Experience in early-stage, fast-paced environments
- Familiarity with loan lifecycle management
