About the role
Responsibilities
- Own and optimize the end-to-end member engagement and activation roadmap, including login, registration, onboarding, and identity flows
- Build intuitive, frictionless experiences to improve registration rates and exam completion
- Design and execute rigorous A/B tests and experimentation frameworks
- Partner with Marketing, Engineering, Design, and Data to ship high-quality product experiences
- Leverage analytics tools like Amplitude, Looker, and SQL to diagnose friction points and uncover growth opportunities
- Represent engagement performance and roadmap insights to leadership
- Champion the voice of the member through research and usability sessions
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of product management experience, ideally in growth or consumer engagement
- Proven track record of improving funnel performance through experimentation
- Hands-on experience with SQL and modern analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Looker, or GA)
- Strong background in A/B testing, hypothesis design, and statistical thinking
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with scheduling, appointment booking, or payments flows
