Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize the end-to-end member engagement and activation roadmap, including login, registration, onboarding, and identity flows
• Build intuitive, frictionless experiences to improve registration rates and exam completion
• Design and execute rigorous A/B tests and experimentation frameworks
• Partner with Marketing, Engineering, Design, and Data to ship high-quality product experiences
• Leverage analytics tools like Amplitude, Looker, and SQL to diagnose friction points and uncover growth opportunities
• Represent engagement performance and roadmap insights to leadership
• Champion the voice of the member through research and usability sessions

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of product management experience, ideally in growth or consumer engagement
• Proven track record of improving funnel performance through experimentation
• Hands-on experience with SQL and modern analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Looker, or GA)
• Strong background in A/B testing, hypothesis design, and statistical thinking
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills
• Ability to operate in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with scheduling, appointment booking, or payments flows
